Welcome to Week 4, let's cheer some more! We are going to challenge you this week to learn two new cheers: Yell out your colors Tigers and VICTORY. Make sure you are continuing to stretch, using tight motions, loud clear voices and spiriting. The VICTORY cheer is important to learn because you will use this cheer at the end of each game that your team wins! There are two videos below: one is a continuation of the 3 part series video from last week to get better hip & hamstring flexibility and improve your jumps. The other will focus on your core. This weeks task is to make sure you continue stretching, alternating conditioning, learn and demonstrate the two cheers.. You should be using tight motions, smiling and have fun with it.
