What a big week for the Tigers! Our girls did a sensational job and were well prepared for the pep rally! It must have been enough because last night, we cheered our phenomenal Tiger Football team to a 20-14 VICTORY over Elder in the UC Nippert Football stadium! THANK YOU so much to every Tiger Fan that drove to the game, were patient for our delayed game, and showed your spirit into the late hours of the evening! Congratulations to our hard working football players and staff! You played and worked through the heat, fighting hard for the win! It was a wonderful way to start the season.

Last week the Tiger Varsity was busy with Opening Day Convocation for the Pickerington Local School District. We participated with our Marching Tigers, as well as the Marching Panthers and Panther Cheerleaders. Afterwords they enjoyed pancake breakfast with the Pancake Man! Our Varsity Cheerleaders also went to Kent Smith for their Poster photo shoot for the year. A fun time was had by all, and a special thanks to our photographer and former Tiger cheerleader, Amanda Davis, for her hard work to help make the day work! If you are interested in taking a $50 ad out on this year's poster "Queens of the Jungle" we would be happy to have more sponsors. Please contact a Varsity Cheerleader or email us at [email protected]
This morning, our Varsity and JV Tiger Cheerleaders came together with our Tiger Marching Band and the rest of our Pickerington community to support the Pelatonia bicycle riders. It was a special opportunity within our community to come together and support the great cause of Pelatonia, which funds cancer research. This year's Pelatonia website lists 7748 riders and has raised $13,766,204 towards their cause! Thank you to all of our athletes who participated today and cheered on so many fantastic riders!
UCA Camp was awesome! Thanks so much to everyone who attended and our parents who made the opportunity possibility possible. The Tigers learned great cheers, chants, games and dances today! Thank you also to our host, PHSN - we had a great time learning together!
Thank you to all of you who have been so patient as we get things in order for the season. As we start this season, please be mindful of a few things: 1. Practices are mandatory after August 1 and do require an approved excuse to be excused or the athlete will lose participation time. 2. Hydration is important every day in the August heat, so make sure your athlete is getting plenty of fluids to prevent illness or injury. 3. Please limit phone calls and texts to coaches on weekends to very important reasons. We love being together, but everyone needs a break now and then! 4. Keep checking our website for up-to-date reminders on all things cheer!
